Welcome to Flight Intel Pro (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, AI briefing features, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Purpose of Flight Intel Pro

Flight Intel Pro is a personal aviation memory tool designed to help pilots capture insights, quirks, aircraft-specific notes, experiences, and non-regulatory intel.

The Service is not:

A replacement for official checklists
A substitute for AFM/POH, SOPs, or company procedures
A source of navigation, weather, or operational guidance
A primary flight-planning tool
A safety-critical system
A tool for primary decision-making

You are solely responsible for following all applicable regulations, manufacturer documentation, and certified training requirements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of any notes, aircraft data, experiences, and personal intel you store in the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content for your personal use within the Service. We do not sell or publicly publish your notes.

4. AI-Generated Content

Flight Intel Pro includes AI-generated briefings, mindset helpers, summaries, and reminders. You acknowledge that:

AI content may be inaccurate or incomplete;
AI content is for personal reflection and awareness only;
AI content is not flight-critical, certified, or regulatory-approved;
You must independently verify all operational information from official sources.

You agree not to rely on AI output for operational or regulatory decision-making.

5. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (monthly or annual) may be offered. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Apple, Google, or Stripe. All charges are final unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription via your app store or account settings.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unsafe or unlawful aviation activities;
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service;
Upload harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content;
Use the Service in any flight-critical capacity.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You assume full responsibility for how you use the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service or reliance on any content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
