Subscription payments are processed through third-party providers such as Apple, Google, or Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

3. How Your Notes Are Used

Your aircraft notes and intel are private to your account. They are stored securely and used only to provide features within Flight Intel Pro, such as briefings, summaries, and personal history.

You may delete your notes, aircraft entries, or your entire account at any time, and we will remove that data from our active systems.

4. AI Data Handling

When you use AI features, your prompts and relevant note snippets may be securely sent to a trusted AI provider to generate a response. We do not use your personal notes to train public AI models.

We may share limited information with third parties that help us operate the Service, including:

Analytics and crash reporting tools

These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us. We do not sell or rent your data.
